Description:
"Navigating Homeless Services in Central Florida" examines how individuals experiencing homelessness access and interact with available services, with a focus on reducing administrative burdens and improving service delivery. As part of this study, we are providing tablets to participants to enhance their ability to connect with resources, schedule appointments, and receive essential information. By leveraging technology, we aim to identify how digital tools can mitigate barriers to service access and ultimately improve quality of life. Findings from this research will inform strategies to create a more efficient and equitable support system.
