This project aims to determine which component(s) of the 8-week Physiofeedback Exercise Program (PEER) is most effective in improving physical activity levels in community-dwelling older adults. The PEER is comprised of three components: physiofeedback, cognitive reframing, and group exercise, and each group will receive a random combination of these three components. This longitudinal study will involve multiple visits (baseline, post-intervention, 6-month follow-up, 12-month follow-up) over a 15-month time period. |
