Undergraduate Students

Engaging in research is one of the most impactful experiences an undergraduate student can pursue. Employers, graduate programs, and professional schools increasingly view undergraduate research as a strong indicator of future success.
The Knight Research Scholars Program offers undergraduate students the opportunity to serve as team members and participate in research teams led by graduate students or postdoctoral scholars. Many undergraduates remain involved for multiple semesters, deepening their contributions and even mentoring newer team members.

Note: Undergraduate students can be added to research teams year-round, though most join before the start of a semester.
